We have long experience in sale and purchase of real estate, handling of claims for compensation related to real estate, lease, expropriation and valuation, development, regulation, administration and financing. 

Construction law is all about the contracts that are entered into during the construction phase on a property, how they should be negotiated, how to comply with them and how to interpret them. There are several different standards in Norwegian construction law. But standards help little if you do not know them well. 

Know-how, ideas, business secrets, trademarks, drawings and other non-material assets may represent huge values. Have you made sure they are properly protected? 

We assist publicly owned companies, i.e. companies owned by municipalities, in their daily work, including public administrative law, municipality law, public information law, etc.  

Public entities in Norway purchase goods and services for approximately 500 billion kroner each year. The public procurement procedures shall ensure that public purchases take place in a just, efficient and good manner. But the public procurement regulation is detailed, complicated and formalistic. We assist both the public purchaser and the private supplier.
