Merete Furesund new partner in Homble Olsby

Merete Furesund joined Homble Olsby as partner on May 1st 2017. She came from the position as senior lawyer in Kvale law firm.

Merete Furesund primarily works with employment law, pension law, litigiation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience with issues regarding working hours, workforce reductions, reorganizations, business transfers, protection of privacy and EU/EEA law. Her expertise also includes legal proceedings for the ordinary courts, the Labour Court and the EFTA Court. She acts for a wide range og national and international clients.

Merete Furesund is co-author of the Norwegian chapter in Workforce Restructuring in Europe, Bloomsbury 2015.

Merete Furesund is a member of The Norwegian Bar Association, The Norwegian Society of Labour Law and The Pension Forum.
