Ole Kristian Olsby established Homble Olsby together with Runar Homble in 2007. Olsby has extensive experience as commercial lawyer in employment law, contract law, insurance law, negotiations and litigation. He has worked as counsel for a broad range of clients in different business sectors, including big international companies.

Olsby is ranked as one of the "leaders in their field" in employment law by Chambers & Partners and is "recommended" by Legal 500. Chambers says:

Olsby has written the book ”Employment and termination– a guide for managers” together with Harald Venger and Runar Homble. The book was published by Gyldendal Akademisk in February 2012.

Olsby is member of the Norwegian Bar Association and the Norwegian Society for Labour law.
