Carina Strøm has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo, 2014. Strøm works with employment law, data protection law and general commercial law.
Strøm assists employers and employees with advice, negotiations and dispute resolution within labour law. She works with a wide range of labour law issues, including issues related to employment contracts, working hours, staff follow-up, labour immigration, social security and social rights, downsizing and restructuring processes, redundancies and termination of employment.
Strøm also has broad expertise in privacy and data protection. She assists Norwegian and international clients with privacy law issues, such as issues related to the lawfulness of the processing, transfer and deletion of personal data, non-conformance handling, data processor agreements, control measures in working life, and the establishment and documentation of systems for internal control according to privacy regulations.
Strøm is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
