Lise Gran has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo. Gran works with employment law and general commercial law. She has experience with individual and collective employment law from both the private and public sector. Gran obtained her license to practice law in 2013.
As an associate and lawyer at Kvale, Gran assisted Norwegian and international clients in matters relating to individual and collective employment law and pension. She also worked with employment issues in transactions and with questions relating to immigration of employees.
In the Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services, Gran worked with employment matters in the public health sector, including the Civil Servants Act, the Employment Act and the collective bargaining agreements for the civil service. In addition, she worked with preparedness under employment conflicts in the society, as well as matters relating to the right to access documentation held by public authorities and undertakings.
Lise Gran is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
